Pharma Manufacturing is based on the Créalys Science Park near Gembloux, along the Mons-Liege motorway that links France with Germany.
Specialised in the manufacture of nutrients and dietary products, it can guarantee the highest quality service thanks to its team of an industrial pharmacist, clinical pharmacist and two dieticians.
This team is involved at all levels, from the elaboration of batch master record to in-process controls and batch validation.
 
Alongside the skills and experience the company has acquired since 1988, its new premises (covering 2,300 m2) provide facilities that fully comply with GMP standards:

• pharmaceutical clean rooms with fully-flush swing doors and windows

• Air treatment to ensure ISO 7 working conditions (ref. ISO 14644, " Clean rooms and related controlled environments") with toric jet flows and inputs at the base of partitions to ensure optimum circulation (aeraulic design). The areas are certified by an approved body.

• GMP machines for small and large production runs.

Work in a controlled atmosphere at a higher pressure than the external environment (to preserve products from any contamination) and a pressure cascade within the manufacturing zone to prevent any cross-contamination between different products being manufactured.
